We Care for Your Carpets and Rugs

In our standard carpet cleaning visits we do the following:

• Conduct a walk-through of your home or business with you to discuss areas of specific concern.
• We pre-spray carpets in common areas with cleaning solution (top secret formula) and disinfectant (IF REQUIRED).
• We move furniture (sofas, chairs, etc.) and spray behind.
• We apply our rotating agitator on carpets to bring soil to the surface and massage cleaning solution into the carpet pile.
• We use our steam wand to clean behind furniture, and then return furniture to original positions, placing plastic carpet protectors underneath to minimize marking as carpet dries.
• We steam clean remaining common areas starting from the furthest point and working back towards point of entry.
• We finish by applying our control and/or scotch guard if required.

In addition to carpet cleaning we also steam clean area rugs. We can provide this service onsite at your location; however, customers who drop off and pick up their rugs from our shop receive 20% off!

Pro-One Carpet & Duct Cleaning is ready to respond when catastrophes strike. We're on call and able to provide Emergency Water Extraction and Sanitation services, even after hours. In such cases 

For cases where sewage may be present, we work with a plumber to ensure the problem does not reoccur. We do not SANITIZE any surface contaminated by sewage (we will deodorize it). For biological waste we will recommend replacement and suggest a disaster restoration company for removal or replacement of affected areas.
